  • Mini chocolate chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line an 8″ by 8″ baking pan with a sheet of parchment paper.
  2. Melt half the chocolate inside microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring the chocolate when until it’s smooth and melted.
  3. To a significant bowl, mix the butter and sugar as well as an electric powered mixer. Add the eggs and vanilla and combine together.
  4. Add the melted chocolate and beat to mix. Add the flour, hot chocolate mix, and salt, then work with a rubber spatula stir gently stir these dry ingredients in. Don’t overmix the batter.
