This vegan pumpkin spice matcha latte recipe is usually a delicious combination of the pumpkin spice latte flavors with matcha tea. In place of using coffee just like the classic version, this latte recipe uses matcha tea a great energizing and healthy twist.

You get the many fall spices like cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves with this recipe with no unwanted effects of drinking coffee. To build this pumpkin spice matcha latte recipe, you merely want a few ingredients, including almond milk, matcha powder, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup (for sweetening).

You will add just a little coconut oil for really creaminess, but that’s optional. If you have a handheld frother, we recommend deploying it for top results.

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup almond milk or plant milk of choice
  • 1 – 2 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp coconut oil optional
